The problem

Britain’s homes are not fit for 21st-century families.

Many homes don’t provide the amount, or quality of space to suit the changing needs of a typical family. Often we live in older properties with outdated room layouts or in cramped housing-estate style properties.

Unless you already live in your dream home [anybody out there?] then I expect, like me, your home is NOT perfect.

At best, your home is just about OK to accommodate your family life, at worst, it is woefully inadequate. That’s not even considering how your family’s needs might change in the future.

Perhaps, you’ve thought about adding an extension, converting your loft or garage. But can you afford it? You might be also wondering; Do I need an Architect? What might my updated home look like? Will it need planning permission? And if so, what are my chances of getting planning approval? Do building control need to visit? How can I find a quality builder I trust? Will I get a return on my investment? The questions are endless!

Jon was a breath of fresh air. He listened to what we were trying to achieve, made the whole design process simple and produced excellent drawings. We would like to thank Jon for his hard working ethic, professionalism and integrity throughout the design process and would recommend Complete Architecture to anyone who is looking for a building design.
