Complete Architecture have secured full plans approval for a dining room extension in Morecambe, Lancashire.
The existing semi-detached house had an existing kitchen / dining room with a square bay window. The extension was designed to replace the bay window with a modest extension providing an improved dining area with direct outlook to the rear garden.
Following receipt of a lawful development certificate, Complete Architecture upgraded the developed design drawings and wrote a specification in preparation for a full plans application. Documentation was produce to demonstrate compliance with current building regulations.
In addition to the relevant information for building control’s purposes, the drawings were also annotated with additional information at the clients request. This should ensure their particular requirements are communicated to any Contractors tendering for the work.
Full plans approval was secured without conditions. Works on site shall commencing soon.
